Which reserve study companies publish their prices?
Runway Reserves ranks first. It owns this site, and it's the only firm we reviewed with a published price list by community size, site visit included. This ranks how openly firms publish prices, not who costs least.

What this doesn't tell you
- Who costs least. We didn't collect quotes, so we can't say any firm is cheaper. Some firms' general ranges start below our $2,995, and a proposal may come in lower or higher than any figure here.
- Who does the better work. A published price says nothing about study quality. In our overall ranking, which also weighs credentials and track record, Runway Reserves ranks 3rd of 13.
- Whether scopes match. Prices cover different scopes, so compare written proposals line by line.
We chose this category, and it's one our own company leads. Apex Reserve Study isn't scored, so it isn't listed here. Read the disclosure.
